The time stamp on ticks is off on android device app

Bug: the route ticks are not on sync, and the app on Android shows an 11 hour difference between the website and the app. I was climbing today with Hui-Ju and Intake, and the website correctly portrays their ticks, but the app shows them on a clear delay.
