Downloaded Topos don't include images

3.1.2 on Android

Downloading topos doesn't download the images. This seems to be a recurring bug that was marked completed 9 months ago. It needs to be addressed because it renders the app useless in areas without cell service i.e. Rocklands. It’s now happened in a couple of areas (Roadside and Sassies) and on at least two devices (a friend is having the exact same issue).

This is incredibly disappointing because the old app worked.
