Ability to follow a route/problem

I would like the ability to follow a route/problem in the same way you can follow a climber. That way, it would appear in your feed whenever someone comments on or ticks the problem. I think this would be very interesting, especially when you've established a route or want to keep track of what's happening with your project or well-known/famous routes.
